By placing an order on LARA you agree to the following:

Made-to-Order Products

All our items are custom-made and tailored specifically to your order.

Because of this:

• Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has started.
• Measurement accuracy is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Alterations

Customers are entitled to one free alteration according to our Alteration Policy.

Additional alterations will be charged.

Colors & Fabric

Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric batches. This is not considered a defect.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content belong to LARA & may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
